Welcome to the LPCV Web site! 
The Libertarian Party of the Chippewa Valley was established in 1993 and is an affiliate of the Libertarian Party of Wisconsin.  We serve residents of the Third and Seventh Congressional Districts in West Central Wisconsin by being  part of the pro-liberty movement in the area.

Wisconsin Convention
The Libertarian Party of Wisconsin's 2009 Convention will held on April 18th at the Monks at the Wilderness Restaurant in Lake Delton.  This year we elected new officers.  More information will be available about the speakers and other activities on the LPWI site. Ben Olson III of Wisconsin Dells is currently the Third District representative to the state Executive Committee (EXCOM).  Randy Palmer, Altoona, currently holds the position of 3rd District Alternate.  Please contact Randy Palmer at RPin3D "AT" yahoo.com if you are interested in serving on the EXCOM.

A number of libertarians, constitutionalists and concerned citizens are forming a non-partisan group in the Chippewa Valley to educate people about the issues in the area from a freedom viewpoint.  Visit LibertyWisconsin.com to join in the discussion on line.  The group has been meeting at Racy d'Lene's Coffee Lounge at 404 Riverside Ave. (behind the Pioneer Tavern on Water Street) in Eau Claire at 7:00 on the first Monday of the month.
